Starboard Strategy
Marie Gemelli-Carroll founded Starboard Strategy with one vision in mind: to help individuals and teams of any size and sector realize their full potential. Now, some 30 years later, she has worked with hundreds of inspiring leaders driven by their vision, mission, and values to deliver better results.
Marie earned her doctoral degree in education, with a concentration in leadership and organizational innovation in 2024. The research component and rigor of the EdD, combined with her master’s degree in business (MBA), form the basis of Starboard’s promise of practical, professional, and productive client engagements.
